1. Taraflar ve Kapsam
This agreement is concluded between individuals (“Participant”) who take part in training programs organized by the CogIST platform (“Platform”) and the Platform itself. The agreement governs the training process, participant rights and obligations, and the terms of refund and content usage.
2. Training and Access Rights
The Participant may access training sessions and their recordings only through the email address specified at the time of registration.
Access to training recordings grants only the right to view; it does not include any rights to download, reproduce, or share the content.
Access rights to training recordings remain valid for the duration determined by the CogIST platform. These rights are reserved by the CogIST platform.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If cancellation is requested before the training begins, a full refund will be issued to the Participant.
If the Participant has attended less than half of the total duration of the training, they may request a refund. No refunds will be issued for Participants who have attended half or more of the training.
- For example, in a three-session training, a Participant who attends only one session is eligible for a refund, whereas one who attends two or more sessions is not.
Participants whose refund requests are approved will have their access to training recordings revoked.
4. Certificate of Participation
Participants who attend the training and do not request a refund will receive an electronic certificate of participation via email after the training is completed.
5. Copyright and Terms of Use
All copyrights to the training content, recordings, and materials belong to the CogIST platform.
Participants may not copy, share, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior permission.
In the event of a copyright infringement, the Participant’s account will be terminated, and all legal rights for complaint and compensation will be reserved by CogIST.

6. Invoicing
Participants who make payment via IBAN will receive their invoice via email within one month following the completion of the training.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information for invoicing purposes.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and settled in the courts of Istanbul.
