Yarat\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve sanat eserleriyle me\u015fgul olma eylemlerinin her ikisinin de, \u00f6zellikle insanlar estetik deneyimlerinin kendileri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve anlaml\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylediklerinde, DMN aktivitesiyle ba\u011f\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu bulundu. G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re, b\u00f6yle anlarda sanatla olan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmam\u0131z \u201cben fakt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u201d bir deneyim ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan otobiyografik d\u00fc\u015fleri tetikliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"1fe0\">Elbette, sanat bizi faydas\u0131z ve bir yere varmayan arzulara da itebilir. O \u015fark\u0131y\u0131 tekrar tekrar dinlemek, kalp k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelmenize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmayabilir. Yine de sanat kaynakl\u0131 \u00fczg\u00fcnl\u00fck halinin sizi her zaman negatif zihinsel d\u00f6ng\u00fclere dald\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyemeyiz. Asl\u0131nda, sanat bizim i\u00e7in, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ani ac\u0131lara adapte olmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayacak bir duygusal katarsisin kayna\u011f\u0131 olabilir. Hepimiz saatlerce a\u011flad\u0131ktan sonra gelen o garip, ho\u015f, i\u00e7 rahatlatan hissi biliyoruz. Sanat bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bize, bu tarz bir duygusal n\u00f6beti ge\u00e7irebilece\u011fimiz, ger\u00e7ek hayatta deneyimledi\u011fimiz bizi a\u011flatan durumlara g\u00f6re daha g\u00fcvenli bir alan sunuyor. \u00dcz\u00fcc\u00fc veya rahats\u0131z edici sanat eserleri bile zihinsel gezinti yoluyla elde edilebilecek bir \u00e7e\u015fit pozitif psikobiyolojik ar\u0131nmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"6a60\">Tarih h\u00fclyalara dalmayla yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin \u00f6rnekleriyle dolu.
